Terms of purchase


Here you will find our general conditions, which apply to all bookings with us, including booking via our website. If you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail post@loen.com or by phone  47 91 92 29 01


1. Ordering

The number of people, price, accommodation, as well as other products and services to be delivered by Sandeåsen Feriesenter AS are stated in the confirmation the guest will receive after ordering. A valid credit card is required to complete the booking.

2. Validity of the price agreement

The agreed prices are binding on both parties, however, Sandeåsen Feriesenter AS reserves the right to adjust the prices as a result of changed costs due to increased taxes and fees, or other circumstances beyond Sandeåsen Feriesenter AS's control. All prices include the current VAT rate for accommodation (currently 12%)

3. Change and cancellation

Free cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation 3-1 week before arrival: 25% of total amount

Cancellation 7-3 days before arrival: 50% of total

Cancellation 3 days before arrival: 100% of total amount

No-Show: 100%

If the guest has not checked in before kl. 15:00 on the day of arrival, this is considered a No-Show, if the guest has not reported to Sandeåsen Feriesenter before kl. 15 on the day of arrival in writing to post@loen.com or by phone  47 91 92 29 01, this is considered a No-Show.

Last check-in in the period 01.05 - 30.09 is 21:00.

4. 18 year age limit
For guests who do not travel with parents, we have an 18 year age limit. Sandeåsen Feriesenter reserves the right to cancel the booking if valid identification cannot be presented.

5. Payment
Payment Sandeåsen Feriesenter accepts payment from the following credit card companies: Visa and MasterCard. All orders must be guaranteed with one credit card either by placing this when the customer makes the order via the online booking solution or by payment link that is sent out when the order is made by phone or e-mail.

If the customer makes an order online, the card will be charged at the time of ordering.

6. Check-in and check-out times

Booked cabins and apartments are guaranteed to be ready for check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 on the day of departure.

7. Liability for damage

The guest, or the person who is the guarantor of the room / space, is responsible for damage to the premises as a result of negligence or improper conduct by the guests. We remind you that all our cabins and common areas at Sandeåsen Feriesenter are non-smoking. In the event of a violation, Sandeåsen Feriesenter will demand compensation for extra cleaning of the housing unit. This compensation is set at NOK 1,500 and will be charged from the final bill to the guest who is responsible for the room.

8. Force majeure

Events beyond the control of the parties to the agreement - such as strikes, lockouts, fires, etc. that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations in this agreement - give the right to terminate the agreement without liability.

9. Crosslinking

All disputes that may arise between the parties to this agreement (the guest and Sandeåsen Feriesenter AS) shall be dealt with in accordance with Norwegian law. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, Sandeåsen Feriesenter's venue shall apply, with the exception of preceptory rules in consumer matters.

10. Privacy

This website uses cookies to map user patterns and analyze traffic. This information is collected and analyzed in Google Analytics.

 

 

If you make bookings on the site, we also store information about the purchase including:

- Name

- Email

- Phone

In addition, information about the purchase is stored and shared in our booking solution provided by Visbook, as well as credit cards and transaction information at NETS and Bambora. We point out that all information related to purchases will be stored for up to 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Information will not be shared with third parties other than the above.
